About the Role

This is a standout opportunity for an accomplished Executive Search or Recruitment leader to step into a high-impact role, shaping the next phase of our growth across Victoria and South Australia.

As General Manager, Executive Search – Victoria & South Australia, you will have accountability for revenue, profitability, growth, and market position across the region. You will inherit a strong platform, lead an experienced team with long-standing client relationships, and leverage genuine brand credibility in the executive market.

You will bring strong market credibility, sharp commercial judgement, and the leadership presence to build confidence, continue momentum, and convert opportunity into sustained success. This is a career-defining chance to lead from the front and create a lasting impact on an already thriving business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Victorian & South Australian Search business to deliver revenue and EBIT targets
• Coach, develop and lift capability across a high-performing team
• Drive new business and convert senior relationships into retained search engagements
• Strengthen strategic client partnerships and grow market share
• Execute clear growth plans across priority sectors and revenue lines
• Maintain strong forecasting, pipeline discipline and performance accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Senior leadership experience in executive search, recruitment or related advisory services
• Proven P&L accountability and commercial delivery
• Strong network across executive and senior leadership markets in Australia
• A track record of winning retained search work and building trusted client relationships
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
• A values-led leadership style grounded in accountability, integrity and care
