About the role and company:
We’re on the lookout for empathetic, curious and solutions-focused individuals to join a growing financial services business as Customer Care Consultants. As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, delivering a concierge-style experience across a wide range of loan-related requests. From helping with account updates to generating documents and following up on applications, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers through key financial decisions while ensuring accurate record keeping and strong communication across internal teams.

About you: 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring previous experience in a customer-facing environment, whether that’s a contact centre (highly regarded and will be preference as a candidate), retail, or hospitality along with a genuine ability to connect with people and provide clear, professional communication. Financial services experience is a bonus, and you’ll need to be comfortable in a structured, fast-paced setting with fixed hours and a hybrid work model.

A couple of extra things you should know:
  • Permanent opportunity - Full time | 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday | 2-4 weeks mandatory in-office training followed by hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
  • $76-81k inc super
  • Sparkling new offices based on George Street, Sydney Location 
  • Start Date: ASAP, notice periods can be accommodated
