Client Details:
Our client is a well‑established law firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong and the region. They are seeking a Legal Executive to provide legal and administrative support to solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare notarial certificate for China Appointed Attesting Officer and Notary Public
- Handle filing, data entries and general administrative duties
- Liaise with internal and clients
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
- Experience in handing China and Notary Public Attestation Cases is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, English and Chinese word processing)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
Job offers:
