Senior UX Designer

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in UX and digital design.
• Ability to lead workshops and guide clients through design processes.
• Experience conducting research and applying findings to design.
• Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving.
• Experience leading projects and managing design teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in English for cross-border work.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with agile development and digital product creation.
• Ability to mentor others in UX design.
