We're looking for experienced Civil Labourers with a background in civil construction to join our crews across the Wellington region. This role involves supporting a range of projects including drainage, watermain installation, kerb & channel, and earthworks.
Ideal candidates will bring hands-on civil experience, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety on active worksites.
  • Ongoing work on major civil projects
  • Opportunities across multiple civil crews (drainage, watermain, K&C, earthworks)
  • Long-term potential for reliable and experienced workers
  • Work alongside skilled foremen and established Wellington teams
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in civil works including drainage, watermain, kerb & channel, or earthworks
  • Confined Space and/or WTR endorsements (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid Site Safe Passport
  • Strong understanding of health & safety on active sites
  • Ability to work well within a crew and follow instructions from a foreman
  • Reliable transport and strong work ethic
  • Class 1 licence required; Class 2 highly advantageous

  • Able to communicate well and work within a team environment
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in an active civil setting
