The ideal candidate is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity initiatives that protect an organization’s systems, data, and infrastructure. The role sits between security teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure security projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects (e.g., security tool implementation, cloud security, IAM, SOC upgrades)
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure delivery aligns with security standards and compliance requirements
- Coordinate between security engineers, IT teams, vendors, and business units
- Communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Align cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities
- Support implementation of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
- Drive initiatives like vulnerability management, endpoint security, SIEM deployment, etc.
- Ensure remediation of audit findings and security gaps
- Track and manage cybersecurity risks across projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, local data protection laws)
- Support internal/external audits
- Manage third-party security vendors and service providers
- Evaluate and coordinate deployment of security tools and platforms
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs
Required skills:
- Minimal 8 years’ experience handling cybersecurity projects
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as (NIST, ISO27001, CIS)
- Strong communication skills, ability to handle prioritization of projects based on risk profiles

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
