A community-owned hospital in Louisiana is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its growing outpatient team as the organization prepares to open a brand-new $51M facility.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking financial stability, strong support, manageable patient volume, and a better long-term work-life balance.
The Opportunity
• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• $300K guaranteed salary for 2 years
• Up to $250K+ in student loan repayment (NHSC eligible)
• Flexible 4-day workweek plus half-day scheduling option
• Brand-new $51M hospital opening Summer 2026
• Dedicated support staff with 2 team members per provider
• Immediate patient demand with opportunity to build quickly
• Visa support available (J-1 & H-1B)
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
