We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor for a busy and well-established dealership in Auckland. If you have a passion for cars, a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Our requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role (ideally within a dealership environment)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to identify and source parts efficiently, both in-store and through external suppliers
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with DMS systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a can-do approach to your work
- Previous experience with inventory management and ordering systems would be a bonus
- A love for all things automotive is highly desirable!
