The Role
- Lead procurement of subcontract packages including scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
- Manage subcontractor agreements from negotiation through to execution
- Oversee subcontractor claims, variations and final accounts
- Assist with head contract administration including progress claims and external variations
- Track project costs and expenditure to ensure commercial targets are achieved
- Manage RFIs and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors
About You
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
- Proven experience as a CA with a head contractor in Australia
- Experience delivering new build projects valued $30M+
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and contract administration
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen
