💰 Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 per month (depending on experience)

🌟 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of cloud solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

You will act as a subject matter expert, driving cloud architecture decisions, ensuring high availability of systems, and working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable platforms.

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architecture capability, and the ability to align cloud strategy with business objectives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee cloud platform architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Develop cloud adoption strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Design scalable and highly available cloud solutions to meet business and technical requirements
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement cloud technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve performance and reliability
• Manage, monitor, and optimise cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and performance
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud initiatives with organisational goals
• Provide expert guidance on cloud governance, operations, and architecture best practices
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution, remediation, and service improvement
• Continuously assess cloud environments and drive optimisation initiatives

🔧 Top 3 Must-Have Skills

1. Design, configure, and harden platforms including Pega, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
2. Design and deliver high-availability architecture for critical cloud components
3. Operate and maintain cloud platforms, work with third-party vendors, and manage incident reporting and remediation processes

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cloud platform or cloud architecture roles
• Strong expertise in Cloud Platform Architecture (expert level required)
• Solid experience in Application Architecture (recommended)
• Strong understanding of Cloud Management Platforms and Cloud Enterprise Architecture
• Experience designing and operating scalable, secure cloud systems
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and production support in cloud environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
