Apply directOur client, a leading provider of residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to join their team across North Tipperary.
35 hour week across 4 days. Working across residential services within the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership within residential services
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards
- Lead, support, and develop nursing and care staff teams
- Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
- Active registration with NMBI
- Recognised Management Qualification
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience at CNM1 level or equivalent within intellectual disability services
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience, including at least 2 years in disability services
- Strong ability to engage effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
- In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and the Health Act 2007
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and change management capability
