We are seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call OR weekends!!
Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hr+ - PAID WEEKLY Pay range is dependent on experience!

Possess strong experience in the following tasks:

  • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable).
  • Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable.
  • Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting.
  • Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs.
  • Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs and report back findings to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • EPA - HVAC - CPO certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in property management- apartments, hotels or residential.
  • Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
