My client is a globally established agency with a strong presence in NYC, and they are seeking experienced consultants through to VP level to join their thriving teams. They have openings across various high-growth markets including Actuarial, Finance, Claims and Legal. The role offers a clear path for rapid progression and excellent earning potential.

This is a full-desk 360 perm role, focusing on building client and candidate relationships within the insurance industry. We're looking for seniors, principals, managers and VPs with a strong track record in new business development, a resilient mindset, and a strong relationship builder. While professional or financial services recruiting experience is a plus, we also successfully cross-train consultants from similar white-collar markets.
