This role sits within a capable delivery team and is suited to someone who is looking to step up and take more ownership across projects.

The role
You’ll be responsible for managing projects end to end, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep things moving.

Day to day includes:

• Project planning and coordination from early stages through to handover
• Managing programme, budget, and quality outcomes
• Working closely with site teams to support delivery on the ground
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants
• Managing contracts, variations, and subcontractor engagement
• Keeping documentation and systems aligned with project requirements

What they’re looking for

• Ideally 5+ years Project Management experience within construction
• Experience across complex multi unit or commercial projects
• Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
• Good communicator who works well with both site and office teams
• Strong understanding of NZ construction processes and standards

This could suit someone at an intermediate to early senior level who is ready for more responsibility and wants to accelerate their development in a supportive environment.
