Our client is a successful residential builder established for over 30 years with a reputation for building quality homes. Currently building around 300+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.
Currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to be the vital link between our clients and construction teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the building process.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction journey.
  • Coordinating communication between clients, construction supervisors, and internal departments.
  • Supporting preconstruction compliance, DA, CDC,CC applications
  • Managing customer inquiries, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of contracts, variations, and other documentation.
About You: 
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, within the construction or residential building industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
