Expression of Interest - Civil Construction Foreman

Searson Buck are currently seeking  expressions of interest for upcoming Civil Construction projects around Hobart and are looking for experienced Civil Construction Foremen or an experienced Civil Operator ready to take the next step to join our team. These roles will be Casual to begin with, but potential to go permanent  for the right person.

Preferred Requirements

• Extensive experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, enabling you to navigate complex challenges with ease.
• Proficient in interpreting and implementing construction plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in construction safety, project management, or other industry-specific credentials.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Relevant experience and Civil Construction Licenses and Tickets.
