Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Role

As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work directly with senior management and contribute to board-level reporting, while helping to strengthen financial planning capabilities during a period of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support a pivotal trial and ongoing scale-up
• Enhance and develop financial modelling capabilities across the business
• Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to senior leadership, Board, and investors
• Identify and implement effective cost control initiatives
• Support commercial decision-making and fundraising activities

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• 3–4 years’ post-qualified experience in FP&A or a related role
• Experience in life sciences, medtech, or a similar regulated/innovative sector preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
