Construction Project Manager

V7 Recruitment are working with a growing main contractor who have some amazing residential refurbishment projects on in London. The projects consist of complex refurbishments and conversions into high-end apartments! They are seeeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their London team.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development
• Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones
• Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the program. 
• Coordinate the design team as well as all on-site activity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments/conversions
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
• Has ambition to stay and progress with the company
