I’m currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established company based in Doncaster, Victoria, delivering a diverse range of projects across Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, Bridges, Renewable Energy and Aged Care sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work across Victoria and a reputation for delivering complex projects to a high standard. The role will suit someone who enjoys managing varied projects, building strong client relationships and driving successful project outcomes from start to finish.

The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will manage project programmes, subcontractors, client communication and commercial performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and programme management.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and variations.
• Lead project meetings, reporting and programme updates.
• Drive programme milestones and overall project performance.
About You
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction, infrastructure or civil sectors.
• Experience delivering complex projects across commercial, civil or infrastructure environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage programme, cost and quality outcomes simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline highly regarded.
