The role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage the display suite and client experience, as the first impression every buyer walks away with.
This is a front-of-house role at its finest. You're the face of a premium Melbourne property developer, bridging a world-class product with the people who fall in love with it. Part brand ambassador, part display suite manager, part sales coordinator - you keep everything looking sharp, running smoothly, and feeling exceptional.

What you'll own
Display environment — Display apartments always immaculate. Fresh flowers. Clean. Signage in place. Fridge stocked. Coffee sorted.
Lead management — Morning and afternoon enquiry oversight via Salesforce, routing every lead to the right agent with nothing falling through the cracks.
Digital presence — Listings across Domain and realestate.com.au kept current. When something changes, you're the first to update it.
Events & marketing — On the ground for opens, VIP previews, launches, and client events.

Day-to-day
- First point of contact for all visitors and prospective purchasers
- Weekend and midweek open home attendance
- Salesforce data entry and CRM upkeep
- Sales contract preparation and documentation support
- Coordinating with cleaners, florists, and maintenance contractors
- Keeping price lists, sales registers, and inventory boards accurate
- Supporting the sales team with admin between opens
What you bring
- Background in property, real estate, development - you understand high standards
- Natural host - warm, polished, switched-on
- Sharp eye for detail and high personal presentation
- Comfortable with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proactive and self-managing - you notice things before being asked
- Agent's rep certificate advantageous (we'll support you to obtain it)
- Current driver's licence
Working week
Tuesday to Saturday. Saturdays are 9–3. Flexibility works both ways - you put the time in when it counts, and the business makes sure you get it back.
