Fire Services Foreman (Wet Fire & Hydraulic Services) | Jindabyne RegionHands-On Leadership Role | Long-Term Pipeline of Work | Commercial Projects We are seeking an experienced Fire Services Foreman to join a well-established contractor delivering commercial fire protection and hydraulic services projects across the Snowy Monaro region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading from the front. You'll oversee installation, maintenance and upgrade works across a portfolio of commercial sites, including retail, tenancy fit-outs and existing client assets.
With a strong pipeline of ongoing work and established client relationships, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to take ownership of projects while remaining actively involved on-site.
The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating fire services and hydraulic works across multiple sites
• Leading and supporting site-based teams and subcontractors
• Managing installation, maintenance and upgrade projects
• Overseeing wet fire systems including sprinklers, hydrants, pumps and fire water storage tanks
• Coordinating site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, tenants and site stakeholders
• Assisting with testing, commissioning and troubleshooting when required
• Supporting after-hours and occasional night works where necessary

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience within fire protection, wet fire services or hydraulic services
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, hydrants, pumps and fire water infrastructure
• The ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved on-site
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• A commitment to safety, quality and client service
• Relevant trade qualifications and industry licences
