- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from receipting through to dispatch
- Inspect, record and maintain accurate inventory, including serial tracking
- Pick, pack and prepare high-value equipment to a high standard
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries and resolve freight issues
- Handle documentation, returns, stock control, and internal order coordination, including occasional direct deliveries
About you
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and data
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workloads
- Comfortable working between warehouse and administrative tasks
- Physically capable of handling warehouse duties including manual handling
- Australian Citizenship (required) and ability to meet baseline security clearance requirements

- Monday to Friday hours (8:30am – 5:00pm)
