About the Role

As an IT Consultant/Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end processes in IT infrastructure projects. This includes designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, managing public cloud services, and ensuring operational success for clients. You will lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver successful IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Consulting Services:
• Design and conceptualize next-generation IT infrastructure solutions.
• Create mid- to long-term strategic plans for infrastructure development.
• Define project requirements and construct system infrastructure.
• Provide outsourcing support for IT operations and help with department functions.
• Offer post-implementation support to clients to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Project Management:
• Lead project management activities (PM/PMO) for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Oversee teams of 5 or more, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Team Development:
• Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to guide the long-term development of the team.

Requirements

• Required Skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, including infrastructure engineering, project management, and systems consulting.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Strong background in infrastructure projects, including requirements definition and system construction.
• A native level of Japanese is required.
• Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, and other Microsoft products (e.g., Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation and operation management.
• Expertise in AWS or GCP infrastructure, including design and implementation.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with endpoint management products (e.g., EDR).
• Experience leading operational design or improvement projects.
