Key Duties & Responsibilities
- General fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor repairs
- Plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unblocking toilets, and replacing taps
- Basic electrical tasks such as lamp changes and simple fault finding
- PPMs and reactive maintenance across the site
- Furniture repairs, door adjustments, and lock replacements
- Assisting engineers with planned and reactive works
- Monitoring site condition and reporting defects
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
- Escort subcontractors when required
- Maintain good communication with site staff and management
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00

Requirements
- Previous experience in a handyman / fabric engineer role
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, decorating)
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Experience working in a commercial or healthcare environment preferred
