Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee the full development lifecycle across multiple projects
- Define system specifications and build scalable technical solutions
- Design and enhance functionalities within the policy administration system
- Share innovative technical ideas and collaborate with peers, senior engineers, and management
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in system specification development, including defining requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services domain, with solid experience working on policy administration systems
- Strong collaboration skills, including interaction with business users and global/regional counterparts, plus experience supporting technical teams of approximately 4–6 members

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and new year holidays (December 30, December 31, January 2 and January 3), Annual Paid Holiday. For Regular employee, other special holidays are available (e.g. Anniversary Leave, etc.)
