🌟 About the Role We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer (1–3 years experience) to join a dynamic engineering team building modern, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

You will work across the full stack — either focusing on Java backend development or ReactJS frontend development, with exposure to both highly valued.

This role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in an Agile environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end features from requirement to production deployment
  • Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
  • Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, AKS, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault)
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for containerised deployments
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
  • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution
  • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and accessibility standards
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of software development experience
  • Strong in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices OR ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services
  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure services
  • Familiarity with Docker and basic Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
  • Experience using Git / GitLab with branching and code reviews
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab CI)
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library)
⭐ Good to Have
  • Full-stack experience in both Java + ReactJS
  • Experience with NextJS or Angular
  • Azure certifications (AZ-204 / AZ-305)
  • Exposure to observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry)
  • Agile / Scrum methodology experience
🎓 Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
