Reporting into the A/Director, in this procurement sourcing focused role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage the team to deliver value-for-money outcomes, aligned with government policies and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and manage commercial, financial, contractual, and supply chain risks.
- Lead negotiations on complex contracts to deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and strong procurement outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end contract management and uplift team capability.
- Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders.
- Support the design and delivery of innovative procurement strategies that drive value and meet business needs.
- Manage supplier relationships to minimise risk, resolve issues, and ensure service performance meets KPIs.
- Develop evidence-based procurement strategies and policies.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Senior Sourcing role.
- Proven expertise in ICT procurement.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-value, complex contracts, with a focus on supplier performance and value for money.
- Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement systems, policies, and regulations (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical, commercial, and procurement information to non-technical stakeholders.
