The Role
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the financial and contractual control of live projects is maintained from start to finish.
- Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages
- Reviewing scopes, negotiating terms and administering contracts
- Monitoring budgets, tracking costs and forecasting project financials
- Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Assisting with procurement, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and site teams to resolve commercial issues
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or high-end apartment construction
- A solid understanding of commercial building contracts
- Highly organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Salary package up to $200,000 depending on experience
- Exposure to high-end, design led construction projects
