Health Team Leader (Architect) – Sydney A major multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Health Team Leader to step into a pivotal role within their Sydney studio.
This is a leadership position with real impact. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of around 30, strengthening culture, and driving the delivery of complex, large-scale health projects.
The Role
You’ll sit just below senior leadership, taking ownership of the Sydney health team and helping shape its next phase.

You’ll:
- Lead, mentor and bring a team of 30 along the journey
- Reconnect people, improve morale and create a stronger team culture
- Oversee delivery of large-scale, detailed health projects
- Work closely with leadership across multiple geographies
- Provide both technical guidance and genuine pastoral care
- Experienced Architect (Associate / Principal level)
- Strong background delivering complex health or hospital projects
- Natural leader who can motivate, support and challenge a team
- Technically credible – able to guide projects, not just manage people
- Sydney-based or open to relocating
- Genuine leadership opportunity with influence across the business
- Ability to reset and shape a team that needs direction
- Strong pipeline of major health projects
- Salary typically around $200k–$250k!
