This is a rare opportunity to be part of a newly formed division from the ground up—working across a diverse pipeline of major metro projects, with genuine influence on how the team and function evolve moving forward.
We are currently seeking Surveyors across multiple levels, from intermediate through to senior and operational leadership, depending on experience and capability.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, your role may include:
- Construction set-out and as-built surveying
- Feature and detail surveys across civil and infrastructure projects
- Data processing, QA, and reporting
- Supporting project delivery teams with accurate site information
- Client liaison and coordination with key stakeholders
- Mentoring and guiding junior surveyors (senior level)
- Contributing to operational leadership and team development (lead roles)
About You
We are looking for motivated surveying professionals who bring both technical capability and a strong on-site presence.
- Proven experience in civil, construction, or infrastructure surveying
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, workflows, and field practices
- Confident working independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality outcomes
Essential Requirements
- RePL (Remote Pilot Licence) – mandatory
- Relevant qualification in Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience using modern survey equipment and software
Highly Regarded
- Experience in major infrastructure or civil construction projects
- Leadership or supervisory experience (for senior/lead roles)
- Exposure to software such as 12d, Civil 3D, or similar platforms
