Apply directA US Semiconductor firm is looking for a Technical IT Support Engineer. The IT engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to deploy and support products infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and guidance for deploying and supporting advanced services infrastructure at customer fabs and regional offices.
- Support global and regional fab IT and security technology delivery, deployment, and operations as part of an integrated technology services team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Customer Services, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders (account teams, engineering, product management) and customer IT teams.
- Contribute to product development and large-scale deployment, ensuring effective technical solutions are implemented throughout the product lifecycle.
Required skills:
- At least 3 years experience with Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu).
- Strong understanding of DNS, networking technologies, and technical steps.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and basic scripting.
- Experience working in a virtual environment with advanced Windows OS knowledge.
- Skilled in Antimalware/Antivirus software operation, along with troubleshooting and technical investigation.
