We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Processor to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced warehouse or eCommerce environments. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer returns, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer returns across multiple eCommerce sales channels accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Communicate with customers regarding return statuses, replacement tracking information, and shipment updates 
  • Inspect returned merchandise and document damaged or defective items 
  • Maintain accurate records of returns, replacements, and inventory adjustments 
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks and general operational support as needed 
  • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth return processing and issue resolution 
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards 
  • Collaborative and fast-paced eCommerce operations environment
