Our client, Polestar Australia, is continuing to re-model the Australian automotive landscape. This revolutionary luxury automotive brand is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist.
This is a full-time, 3-month contract role providing administrative support across both Fleet and Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) functions, helping to improve customer experience and support daily operations.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage fleet vehicle orders from quote to order placement, including vehicle selection, purchase orders, stock allocation, and timely order submission.
- Prepare customer quotes, pricing, and review cases before escalating them to the Fleet Admin Specialist or Commercial Manager for approval.
- Handle fleet support and order inbox enquiries from customers, dealers, and fleet companies, providing timely responses and updates.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ServiceNow including purchase orders, invoice changes, customer details, and order status updates.
- Monitor payments, notify dealers and finance teams, track delivery progress, and follow up on delayed handovers or bookings.
- Conduct welcome and handover calls for new customers, explaining vehicle basics, charging, servicing, and ownership support.
- Manage inbound enquiries by phone, email, and chat, prepare weekly reports, and support internal teams with case escalations and cross-functional tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management abilities
- Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce and case management tools such as ServiceNow
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident phone manner with strong customer engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
