We are seeking a well-presented, highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the team across property campaigns, marketing execution, and sales administration. We are seeking a well-presented, highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the team across property campaigns, marketing execution, and sales administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys delivering outstanding service while ensuring every campaign is executed at a six-star standard.
Full training on systems and processes will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate media bookings including photography, videography, floorplans, and copywriting
- Prepare property brochures, signboards, and online campaign content
- Assist with social media scheduling and promotions
- Create and manage letters, flyers, and direct mail campaigns
- Coordinate flyer distribution with external partners
- Prepare auction packs for agents
- Process property sales accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with conveyancers to support contract exchange and settlement
- Support the team with general marketing and campaign administration
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confident communication and client service skills
- Interest in real estate, marketing, or property services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience is valued, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
