- Partnering with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level project goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Driving execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives independently, focusing on improving autonomous driving behavior.
- Proactively identifying program risks and building mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
- Standardizing autonomy frameworks and automating program processes to enhance efficiency.
- Driving Autonomy software and Mapping content releases by partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of program management experience, with a focus on software development.
- Deep expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects independently. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience in AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive/aerospace processes is highly desired.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to create executive-facing status updates.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA, Smartsheet, risk matrix).
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
