Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a project team, support the Project Director, and ensure design documentation complies with Building Regulation standards.
- Lead on Stages 3 & 4, producing documentation for the Tender & Construction phases.
- Deliver technical package drawings, including partitions, joinery, and architectural metalwork.
- Manage and update the Revit model, coordinate consultant drawings and models, and assist in minute-taking & site reporting.
- Conduct site visits, engage with contractors, and oversee live projects to resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Architectural Technologist or Technician, with experience in workplace projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with NBS Software, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp is advantageous.
- Excellent at preparing, developing, and coordinating drawings and models, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player, adaptable to new collaborative methods.
