Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician /Handy Person

Job description

We are looking for Maintenance Technician's/Handy Person to get started ASAP for Apartment Communities in San Diego County.

• 1 year of basic maintenance certification is required.
• Repair maintenance, certification required.
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliance Repair
• Painting and Drywall Repair
• Seasonal maintenance
• Health and safety maintenance
• Install locks
• Full-Time
• Part Time
• Weekly Pay

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reliable means of transportation
• Professional appearance
• Proven ability to be prompt and on time every day
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, as needed
• Follow all confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety requirements

Apartment Maintenance Technicians at Career Strategies earn hourly rates depending on experience, role and community.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• NO on call

Work Location: In person
