Landscape Architect

A leading Landscape Architecture studio is seeking experienced Landscape Architects and an Associate to join their growing teams across Brisbane and Sydney.

This is an opportunity to become part of a highly respected design studio delivering major infrastructure, integrated transport, and large-scale public realm projects across Australia.

The business has already seen strong growth within the team, with multiple successful hires made through Vivid Recruitment, and is now looking to expand further with the appointment of:

• 1-2 Landscape Architects / Senior Landscape Architects
• 1 Associate Landscape Architect

Infrastructure experience is absolutely critical for these positions. Candidates must have exposure to major projects, integrated transport, infrastructure, or complex urban environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex landscape architecture projects from concept through to delivery
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• Translate project briefs into clear and actionable design outcomes
• Mentor and support junior team members across projects
• Take ownership of project delivery, coordination, and design quality
• Contribute to infrastructure, transport, urban design, and public realm work
• Utilise software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite and 3D modelling tools where required

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience within Landscape Architecture on complex or large-scale projects
• Exposure to infrastructure, integrated transport, public realm, or major civic work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative approach and ability to work within fast-paced project environments
• Confidence managing packages of work and contributing to project leadership
• Passion for high-quality design and technical delivery

For Associate-level candidates, prior experience leading teams, managing clients, and overseeing project delivery is highly desirable.
