In this role, you will provide expert guidance throughout the Prestart process, ensuring a smooth selections experience, successful project delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Opportunity:
Due to ongoing strong sales, they are expanding their Prestart team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance throughout the Prestart process, ensuring a smooth selections experience, successful project delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support retail and investor clients across Modular, Project and Custom Home builds
- Coordinate and finalise Prestart selection meetings
- Preparing and administering contractual documents and addenda's
- Adhoc admin as required
- No Construction Client liaison
Multiple opportunities available across a range of locations and build types, including:
- CBD - Custom Homes
- South of the CBD – Modular Homes
- Osborne Park/Balcatta – Project & Custom Homes
- Wangara – Project Homes

- 1+ years of experience working as a Prestart consultant - Required
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work

- Full time, with Part time considered
- Monday to Friday with flexible working hours considered
- Multiple locations - South of the CBD, Osborne Park, Balcatta or Wangara
