LOCATION:
- Full time, direct hire role
- On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte, NC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Partner with local market and field leaders to support branch-level marketing efforts that align with revenue goals, seasonal demand, and customer acquisition priorities.
- Help roll out and localize broader marketing campaigns across multiple service lines, ensuring promotions, offers, and messaging are relevant to each market.
- Coordinate with internal teams across digital marketing, paid media, CRM, call center, and operations to help turn marketing activity into measurable customer engagement and booked revenue.
- Support local market activations, including community events, sponsorships, home shows, and grassroots initiatives, while helping create repeatable playbooks for future use.
- Track campaign performance, local marketing spend, lead flow, booking trends, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to improve results across assigned markets.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 2-3+ years of marketing, field marketing, branch support, or marketing coordination experience within a multi-location, service-based, retail, or demand-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, markets, and internal stakeholders at once.
- Comfortable working closely with field teams, operations leaders, and cross-functional marketing partners to keep initiatives moving and aligned.
- Experience supporting customer-facing businesses where trust, urgency, local market awareness, and strong follow-through are important to driving customer action.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the willingness to travel as needed to support local events, branch activations, and market-level marketing initiatives.
