THE FIRM

THE ROLE
This is a true Assistant position supporting the Property team, where you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Some daily duties will include:
  • Answering all incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents
  • Assisting with events
  • Billing.
Please note this role is 5 days in office and students will not be considered.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this opportunity you must have proven experience working as a Legal Assistant in Property. In addition to this you will have: Great organisational skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Have a strong level of attention to detail; and Ability to work autonomously.
