ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will initially be employed to deliver a commercial project valued at $20M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.
DUTIES.
- WHS management
- Programming
- Budgeting
- Cost control
- Forecasting
- Client management
- Experience as a Project Manager on small - medium fitout or new build projects
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Procore is desirable but not essential
