The company specialises in a wide range of services, including CapEx and OpEx planning, general development, contract management, fit-outs, seismic upgrades, heritage preservation, technology integration, and distressed projects. Providing a service that is known nationally with an established network of blue-chip clients.
The successful candidate will need to have a background in Commercial Construction and Infrastructure, as well as a relevant degree or diploma in this field.
This is a rare opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to step into a role that offers genuine progression into project leadership and grow with the company.
Location & Travel
Based in Ponsonby, with occasional day travel and potential overnight stays to project sites outside Auckland.
