About the Role
This Business Analyst role focuses on partnering with business stakeholders to analyse, define and deliver process and system improvements that support strategic objectives. You will work across operational, compliance and technology initiatives, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and supporting successful change delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Elicit and document business requirements through workshops and interviews
- Analyse current-state processes and design future-state improvements
- Develop high-quality documentation including process maps and acceptance criteria
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors
- Support testing activities including UAT and validation of outcomes
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system or financial services projects
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a project environment
