Chef De Partie

Deluxe Recruitment are currently recruiting a Chef De Partie on behalf of a luxurious hotel and spa based in Bolton.

This is a great opportunity for you to grow on your existing talent and develop your skills further and work alongside a very established hotel in the Bolton area.

Job Specification

• Ensure the dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature.
• Deliver dishes in good time to suit guests' wishes.
• To undertake relevant training as directed by their line manager
• to understand and support our clients commitment to customer service within a job role. 
• Be actively involved in meeting the departments targets.
• Leads the team under their responsibility and creates a good working atmosphere.
• You may be directed by your line manager to carry our other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.
• Ensure that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable good by always respecting HACCP regulations.

Experience/Skills

• A friendly and professional demeanour
• Experience as a Chef De Partie
• Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Ability to carry out a wide range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively

• £24,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience.
