We are looking for a talented RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our clients team.
Key Requirements:
- Exposure to later project stages (RIBA Stage 4 & 5) with some technical detailing experience.
- Experience working on existing buildings, preferably listed, with an interest in historic building conservation.
- Strong drawing, presentation, and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Awareness of building technologies, structural theories, and regulatory frameworks.
- Well-organised with excellent time management, able to handle a varied portfolio and meet deadlines.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
