Our client offers a structured 12-month Graduate Program designed to build your confidence, clinical skills, and caseload at the right pace.

The Role

• Community-based (homes, schools + some clinic/telehealth).
• Mixed caseload across the lifespan.
• Work in the NDIS / Disability space supporting functional outcomes.
• Flexible work between appointments (WFH or office).

You Get

• Weekly 1:1 supervision + dedicated mentor.
• Access to clinical lead.
• Gradual caseload ramp up (no overwhelm).
• Shadowing + multidisciplinary team exposure / support.

• 27.5 billable hours (achievable KPI bonuses).

You Bring

• You Occupational Therapy qualification (or if graduating a cert of completion).
• An AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• An interest in disability / NDIS work.
• A driver’s licence + access to a car.
• Positive energy and a can do attitude.

Beyond Melbourne’s West our client also has capacity to take on grads in:

• Sydney = Homebush, Burwood Paramatta and Penrith
• Brisbane = Kallangur & Ipswich
