We’re looking for experienced Subdivision Excavator Operators to join a leading Queensland civil contractor specialising in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction.

This is a great opportunity for operators with strong trenching and drainage experience who want consistent, long-term work with real career growth.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Operating excavators for trenching, bulk earthworks, batter work, road boxing, pit & pipe, conduits, and site clean-up
  • Working with 15T–50T machines across a variety of civil projects
  • Supporting site crews and trades as required
  • Typical hours: 6am–5pm, 5–6 days per week
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Subdivision Excavator Operator
  • White Card and reliable licence and transport (some sites remote)
  • Experience digging around live services and working in tight areas
  • Ability to follow site plans, communicate well, and work safely in a team

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved. This is an ongoing position where you will be working 10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
