We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, multi-stream technology delivery programs. This role is responsible for driving alignment across architecture, engineering, and testing functions, ensuring delivery plans are realistic, integrated, and successfully executed. This role requires experience managing large-scale mining project environments and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery coordination across architecture, engineering, and testing teams
- Own and maintain integrated delivery plans across all workstreams, ensuring alignment and progress tracking
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and actively manage interdependencies to avoid delivery delays
- Drive clear, accurate, and actionable reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in project or program management within complex technology environments
- Proven experience delivering multi-stream programs across architecture, development, and testing functions
- Demonstrated experience working on mining or resources sector projects
- Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, high-complexity, and evolving environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning, coordination, and delivery tracking capabilities
