Location: Henrietta, NY
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, A Shift | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Overview: Nesco Resource is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing manufacturing and distribution team in Henrietta, NY. This position will primarily support the shipping department through packing and preparing parts for shipment while also receiving cross-training in shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with material handling equipment and physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare parts accurately for shipment
• Verify products and packaging prior to shipping
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping department operations
• Receive cross-training in shipping and receiving functions
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment

Visual & Hearing Requirements:

• Ability to read labels, shipping documents, and work instructions
• Ability to recognize warehouse alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal directions

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse and shipping environment with regular movement and activity
• Exposure to warehouse equipment, pallet traffic, and shipping materials
• Standing and walking for extended periods on concrete flooring
• Fast-paced environment with daily production and shipping deadlines
